#7 for apparel and bulky orders
Our most ordered size. 14.25 × 20 in fits jackets, folded blankets and multi-item orders that would otherwise need a box, at $0.96 a mailer.
#000 and #0 for small goods
Jewelry, cosmetics, cables and cards ship lighter in a 4 × 8 or 6.5 × 10 mailer than in any box, and the per-piece cost drops under 20 cents.
#4 and #5 for the middle
The two sizes most 3PLs standardize on: #4 for boxed cosmetics and accessories, #5 for hoodies and shoe boxes.
Buying 5 cases or a pallet?
Volume pricing kicks in at 5 cases and drops again by the pallet and truckload, with freight included in the quote. We manufacture poly and bubble mailers on our own lines in Tijuana and stock partner-made sizes in U.S. inventory, so pallets are quoted direct, with no importer markup.

Which bubble mailer size should I start with?
#4 (9.5 × 14.5 in) or #5 (10.5 × 16 in) cover most apparel and boxed goods. Go #7 for jackets and multi-item orders, #000 or #0 for jewelry and accessories. The size chart lists inner dimensions for every number.
How much is a bubble mailer per piece?
By the case, from $0.18 each for #000 to $0.96 each for #7. The table above shows the per-piece cost next to every case price, and 5-case and pallet pricing lowers it further.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can buy a single case online. Pallets and truckloads are quoted separately with freight included.

We manufacture poly and bubble mailers on our own lines in Tijuana, Mexico, and also stock sizes made by our U.S. manufacturing partners. Everything on this page ships from U.S. inventory.
