ProntoPack isn't a trading company reselling containers of mystery stock. Our products come off dedicated production lines at partner-operated plants in Tijuana, Mexico and on the U.S. East Coast — run to our specs, stocked in U.S. inventory, and sold direct. That's what factory-direct means here: when you buy from ProntoPack, you're buying at the source.
Film & substrate
Poly film blown and formulated in-plant — gauge, strength, and recycled content controlled at the resin level, not bought off a broker.
Flexo printing
Multi-color flexographic printing for custom mailers, FBA-compliant suffocation warnings, and branded film — proofed digitally before a single unit runs.
Cut, seal & finish
Converting lines turn film, bubble, kraft, and honeycomb paper into finished mailers, bags, pouches, and rolls — QC-checked against spec sheets by SKU.
U.S. inventory
Finished goods cross under USMCA and stage in U.S. inventory alongside our East Coast production — so in-stock orders dispatch in 1–3 business days.

Labels for packaging & fulfillment companies
Through our manufacturing network we also supply roll labels — product and prime labels, barcode/thermal and variable-data rolls, and multi-color custom-printed labels — for packaging companies, 3PLs, and brands that need labels alongside their mailers.
