Bubble mailers are sold by number sizes — #000 through #7 — and the numbering trips up a lot of new sellers. Here's exactly what each size means and what fits inside, so you order the right one the first time.

- #000 — 4 x 8 in: jewelry, earrings, cards, SD cards, small accessories.
- #0 — 6 x 10 in: cosmetics, phone cases, small electronics.
- #1 — 7.25 x 12 in: small apparel, paperback books.
- #2 — 8.5 x 12 in: books, boxed cosmetics, mid-size items.
- #4 — 9.5 x 14.5 in: folded apparel, larger boxed goods.
- #5 — 10.5 x 16 in: shoes in-box, bulkier products.
- #7 — 14.25 x 20 in: oversized and framed items.
The number is the industry size; the inches are the outer dimensions. Usable inside space is roughly a half-inch smaller on each side because of the padded lining and the flap.
Kraft, white, or poly?
All three protect the same — the difference is look and feel. Kraft is recyclable with a natural, eco look. White paper looks clean and premium. Poly bubble mailers are water-resistant and come in colors and metallic silver for branded unboxings.
