Do you make your own mailers?
Yes. We manufacture poly and bubble mailers on our own lines in Tijuana, Mexico. Paper mailers, thermal packaging, tape, bubble wrap and foam come from our U.S. manufacturing partners.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the United States. Prices are in U.S. dollars.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is based on your order's total weight: up to 5 lb is $9.99, 5 to 15 lb is $15.99, 15 to 30 lb is $24.99, 30 to 50 lb is $39.99, 50 to 100 lb is $69.99, 100 to 160 lb is $139.99 and 160 to 250 lb is $199.99. Oversize rolls and foam have their own rates at checkout. Orders over 250 lb ship by freight; email orders@tryprontopack.com for a quote. Full details are in our shipping policy.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can buy a single case online. Pallet and truckload orders are quoted with freight included on our Wholesale page.
How do I pick the right mailer size?
Measure your item, then add room for it to slide in and for the mailer to close: about 1 inch on the width and 1 to 2 inches on the length for flat items, more for thick ones. Our packaging guides have size charts for bubble and poly mailers. If you're unsure, order the Wholesale Sample Kit ($29) and test before you buy cases.
Do you print custom mailers?
Yes. Custom printed poly and bubble mailers start at 25,000 to 50,000 pieces depending on size, in up to 4 spot colors. Preview your artwork and request a proof on our Custom Printing page.
Can I return an order?
Unused stock items in their original, unopened packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email orders@tryprontopack.com with your order number to start a return. Custom printed orders can't be returned unless they arrive defective or don't match your approved proof. See our refund policy.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Email orders@tryprontopack.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace the item or refund it at no cost to you.
Can I buy tax-exempt for resale?
Yes. Send a valid resale certificate to orders@tryprontopack.com before you order and we'll set your account as tax-exempt.
Do you offer wholesale accounts?
Yes. Resellers, 3PLs and brands can apply for a wholesale account or see our line sheet. Wholesale orders are paid up front by card or ACH; terms open up after 6 months of steady ordering.
