Collection: Poly Mailers

Poly mailers, also called plastic mailers or plastic shipping envelopes, are the lightest and cheapest way to ship apparel, soft goods and anything that doesn't need padding. We manufacture poly mailers and shipping bags on our own lines in Tijuana and sell them by the case, with self-seal adhesive strips and opaque film that keeps contents private.

Which poly mailer do you need?

  • Poly Mailers 2.0 mil: the everyday mailer for t-shirts, leggings and folded apparel.
  • Premium Poly Mailers 2.5 mil: thicker film for heavier garments, multi-item orders and sharper corners.
  • Shipping bags with guide holder: a built-in clear pouch on the front for the packing slip or shipping label.
  • Basic, Premium and Economy Line shipping bags: three film grades so you can match cost to the product.
  • Colors: black, blue, green, pink and purple bags for branded unboxing without custom printing.

Choosing a size

  • 5x7" – 7.5x10": accessories, socks, small cosmetics
  • 8.5x12" – 10x13": t-shirts, leggings, folded tops (the most-ordered sizes)
  • 12x15.5" – 14.5x19": hoodies, jeans, bundles
  • 19x23.5" – 26.5x28.5": jackets, bedding and bulky soft goods

Measure the folded item and add about 1" to width and length, plus the item's thickness, so the flap closes flat. Our poly mailer size chart has every size.

Poly mailers vs. bubble mailers

Use a poly mailer when the product can't break: it weighs a fraction of a padded mailer, which lowers postage on every order. Switch to bubble mailers for cosmetics, electronics and anything that needs cushioning.
